As you all know, I am a huge fan of winged eyeliner. I especially love the way Nicole Richie wears winged eyeliner. She has a very dramatic, thick line, with lots of mascara and fake eyelashes, and then keeps the rest of her face very clean and bronzed. It doesn't look like she's wearing any kind of eyeliner or shadow along her bottom lash line, and she usually just goes for a nude lip colour. Love it!
